This location is not a storefront. ShellKCreations is done out of a residential home. All shopping is done online at ShellKCreations.com

 

•  I forgot to use my discount code? Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after your order has been submitted. You will not be reimbursed if you forget to use a discount code. If you have issues redeeming a code please do not place your order and email shellkcreations@gmail.com

• When should I expect my order?  All orders are shipped out within 15 business days. This does not include holidays (Oct-January), weekends or large drops/new releases - for new collections please allow up to 14 business days. Please allow extra business for large drops. Please note: business days are Monday through Friday.

• Do you ship outside of the United States? No. ShellKCreations only ships within the US. ShellKCreations does not offer shipping outside of the United States.

• Does ShellKCreations price match? No, shellkcreations does not price match from previous sales. 

• What size am I? Brands used run true to size but please read all descriptions and size charts. If you scroll to the bottom of the page there are also reviews that are very helpful.
